Air Graffiti Dallas Participating in GirlShow Dallas 2012 Showcasing Local Women of Art
Air Graffiti Dallas is pleased to announce their involvement in the GirlShow Dallas, an all female art show celebrating the creative women of Dallas, presented by ArtLoveMagic.

Talented female anime artist, Jolie Allen, will be working with the Air Graffiti Wall to showcase the technology of larger than life art work on the 8’ x 10’ rear projection digital canvas. Air Graffiti uses special software and spray paint cans embedded with infrared emitters that emulate spray paint in a digital fashion. Spray can be adjusted by size, blur, and transparency along with a pallet of colors to create incredible art without any smell or mess.
The GirlShow event is set to be held October 20 at South Side On Lamar from 8 p.m. to midnight. This is an eclectic apartment building in Dallas and the mantra, “Life is too short to just live anywhere,” incorporates the purpose of GirlShow and the importance that these talented women have on the arts.

Air Graffiti Dallas was invited to be a part of the event to showcase Allen’s artwork as she creates art using the Air Graffiti digital canvas. The artist will be working on location during the event. Following the showcase of Allen’s anime artwork demonstration, Air Graffiti Dallas will be offering the opportunity for show attendees to interact with the Air Graffiti Dallas digital art wall.

“I am pleased to be invited to participate in Girl Show Dallas with the Air Graffiti Virtual Wall,” said Dennis Walthers, owner of Air Graffiti Dallas. “It shows how much the art community loves this ptechnology. Air graffiti appeals to anyone from 5 to 95 with al levels of skill but I must admit I get the most joy out of watching someone with real artistic talent working with the wall.”

Air Graffiti Dallas, using the latest technology; short throw projectors and rear projection screens along with proprietary software to create larger-than-life digital graffiti that puts the “WOW” factor in events and special occasions, taking a state-of-the-art spin on the traditional photo booth.
ArtLoveMagic was founded in January of 2007 by Michael Lagocki, Justin Nygren, and David Rodriguez with the belief that a staggering amount of artistic talent in Dallas were going unrecognized. As artists themselves, the trio realized it was time to put on live performances to help give the local artisans more recognition. The GirlsShow will involve numerous local artisans and performers.
